Where are the products made?

All Wright products are designed and manufactured in the USA.

Why haven’t I received my order yet?

Please allow for 8-10 business days from your shipping confirmation. Some Wright products are big and can take a bit longer to arrive. If it’s been more than eight business days, send a message to hey@madebywright.com and be sure to include your order number.

My order was damaged, what should I do?

Drop a line to hey@madebywright.com with a description and photos of the damage. I stand behind Wright products, so if there’s a manufacturing defect, I’ll do my best to make it right.

A component or part from a past order is broken or needs to be replaced.

Please send a message to hey@madebywright.com and provide as much detail about the problem or missing part as possible. Include photos, if possible. We believe that Wright products are good for life, so we will do our best to send replacement parts or work out an exchange.
